Beds were big, comfy and perfect for a good night’s rest. Staff were warm and helpful — special thanks to the team who really tried to assist when an issue with the Accor app deleted our reservation (and our welcome drinks). Room amenities and hotel facilities were generally fine, though the rooms themselves were on the small side — more like the size you'd find in a Japanese city hotel. Some maintenance is needed (loose screws on the room lock and bathroom hook), and the overall feel was a bit outdated for a five-star hotel. The buffet was fairly average in variety, but we really enjoyed the taste and service. One thing to note for families: the pool is a lap pool, so not ideal for toddlers or younger kids. Ours had fun in the jacuzzi, but of course, you can’t keep little ones in there too long. It’s also not in the most convenient spot if you need easy access to supermarkets or pharmacies. Overall, a pleasant stay with lovely staff, but if you’re after more space or luxury, you may want to explore other options.Show More

The bed was excellent with lovely pillows and a great shower. We absolutely loved the valet service. All of the staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly at all times. We had dinner and breakfast here which was lovely with a really great choice of food. We also loved how close to everything the Pullman is! One thing I was curious about is what the lovely smell is throughout the Hotel... it really is a beautiful fragrance. Wondering if someone can let me know what it actually is. Thank you for a fabulous stay. You made our mini break a real treat! We would stay again without any hesitation.Show More

The check in clerk had some difficulty in processing my request to pay partly in cash and partly with credit card. The real disappointment and this convinced us that we would never stay again was that the 3 check in staff watched as I loaded the 2 suitcases on the luggage cart and proceeded to the lifts. The staff weren't busy at the time and seemed to find some degree of humour in what they were seeing. My wife and I are both in our seventies so, we didn't appreciate the lack of service and consideration.Show More

We felt very spoilt and The executive lounge is a nice retreat and the T-bone steak is amazing in the restaurant. Special mention also to also to your staff they are very friendly. We found the position of the hotel easy to get around and the rooms were lovely and even though the hotel a little older it was still on par with other hotels we have stayed in. We felt our accor status was very acknowledged thankyou. We hope to come back one day and stay.Show More
