From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was outstanding and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
At reception, **Sonia** and **Mark** set the tone for our stay. They were incredibly professional, warm, and guided us through a seamless check-in process. They explained everything clearly and made it all feel effortless.
At the restaurant and during breakfast, we were looked after by **Tamara**, who—even though she is relatively new—treated us like regular guests. She is young, professional, attentive, and clearly has a bright future ahead in the company. **Jagoda** was also brilliant; she handled our bill quickly and remembered us the next morning at breakfast, which made us feel truly at home.
**David**, at the door, always greeted us with a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and his positive attitude really stood out. We also want to mention a **night-shift gentleman at reception** whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. He spoke with my husband regarding a small incident in our room, which was resolved promptly. He was incredibly apologetic and helpful, even though he had no involvement in what happened.
Not only these individuals, but every staff member we encountered contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay special. Thank you all for such wonderful service.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location—just a short walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations. Breakfast was amazing, and the lunch we had was delicious and well worth it.
I highly recommend the Pullman London St Pancras and would happily stay here again.Show More
