Conveniently close to the tram to go to the CBD (Her Majestys Theatre) or St.Kilda (Acland St/Luna Park/Palais Theatre). Took a scenic walk around Albert Park Lake as its just across the road, but highly recommend taking insect repellant and wearing a mesh cover over your hat if you have one, because the flies and biting midges/mozzies are everywhere and are relentless.Show More

Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. A seamless arrival when our bags were taken from us as we walked in and whisked up to our room was a great start to our visit. As a Platinum Accor member and return visitor we got a lovely upgrade to a room on the 9th floor with views out towards the Park, City and Ocean. The buffet Breakfast in Windows restaurant had a very good range to choose from as well as great coffee and omelettes. The staff in the restaurant are very professional and helpful. It is located just outside the city with easy access to the city and other places via the tram line. Overall we had a great stay and it’s my go to hotel in Melbourne as it is close to the family I visit and I like the service I receive and the location. We will return .Show More
