The location was close to the rink where we had our kids hockey games.

1/10 We didn’t stay at the hotel. We went to a different one.
The front desk person was excellent. We went to the first hotel room and we smelled smoke in the room. We went to the front desk and explained the issue. The front desk person was very cooperative. He came down and said he would move us. We went to the second room and we could smell smoke( it wasn’t as bad as the first). I said we would not stay at this hotel. The customer service as I said earlier was excellent

7/10 It suited our purpose.
Just had coffee and cereal. The 7 o’clock start time was disappointing as we had an early hockey game on Saturday, so couldn’t have a leisurely breakfast.

10/10 If we are ever in Sarnia again, we will definitely stay there
The room, location, and employees were wonderful. I could not say enough nice things about the woman during check in. She even took the time to call after we were in our room for a bit to make sure everything was acceptable. That kind of service scores high in my book!

7/10 The staff was very helpful, affable, courteous – quickly offered a solution for a change request.
Excellent mattress, but the bedding is ridiculous: a thin, slippery polyester (?) sheet that kept sliding away, topped with a good duvet, topped with a pointless coverlet/bedspread.
Just use duvet covers – it's the 21st century.

location was excellent for our purpose to cross the Blue Water Bridge to Port Huron. The breakfast was good, no issues.The hotel is tired and needs serious updating or closure. The front desk staff were very good, friendly and helpful.

4/10 Ok for a quick overnight visit I wouldn’t stay any longer then that though.
Breakfast was fine but the room was dirty and the staff seemed to be lacking knowledge and the room key wouldn’t work. We tried 4 different keys she couldn’t program them.

7/10 Ok for an overnighter.
I like the fact there is a restaurant/bar at the property, most times you are away from places to eat. I will always look for that in a property as i find it difficult to go out and eat after a long drive. The beds were good, and the fact in Jan/2023 there were not a lot of people travelling so that was good, lots of rooms available, so prices were moderate. I like the fact i was close to the hwy to get across the border.

The bedroom is very large, clean and furnished with microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and mini fridge. The beds are really comfortable! Breakfast with delicious options, including fresh waffles! Wi-fi worked well.
