Over the years, I’ve tried many hotels in Orchard, but none offer the same combin...I’ve stayed at this hotel for almost a decade, visiting Singapore regularly for my grandmother’s medical appointments. Over the years, I’ve tried many hotels in Orchard, but none offer the same combination of peace, warmth, and genuine care. The location is perfect — near the hospital but away from the busy main road, so it’s wonderfully quiet. The gym and pool are great too (the pool even has a glass section where you can look down to the street — such a unique touch!). What keeps me coming back is the staff. They always remember me and my grandmother, and this trip was no exception. I came alone for surgery, and when I mentioned I’d prefer a room close to the lift, they happily arranged it. When I came back from the hospital, I was so moved to find a handwritten note and a bottle of fish essence with ginger waiting in my room. I want to give special thanks to Deputy Manager Yingzi, who personally prepared it with such care. Her thoughtfulness truly touched my heart. It’s not just professionalism here — it’s genuine kindness and consistency that make every stay feel like coming home. After all these years, this remains my favorite hotel in Singapore. Highly recommended for anyone who values warmth, peace, and sincerity.Show More

I also really appreciated all the thoughtful details that made our visit even more enjoyable — like the option to choose your own pillow, the complimentary tea, sparkling water, snacks, and fresh fruit available in the lobby whenever you need them. It’s these small touches that make a big difference. At check-out, we were able to store our bags at the hotel, and when we came back from a long walk before our trip, the staff even let us take a shower and change — something we’d never have expected, but it was such a thoughtful and much-needed gesture! Above all, the hotel’s greatest treasure is its wonderful team — their kindness and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We’d love to come back!Show More
