The room I was upgraded to was fantastic for a view of the lake, plus the bed is huge and comfortable, the room has a fridge, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and a good range of TV channels. It was also a great location to walk to many attractions and I felt safe doing so, as a solo traveller. There were no sketchy people hanging around which was great. The lady on reception who checked me in was so helpful and kindly upgraded me to a lake view room.Show More

The bathroom was a good size with room to move around in, had a nice shower and big towels. The water carafe system works well and is an effective way to cut down on plastic water bottles.
