The building is a bit older but that wasn’t a factor in our rating for the building. Our check in was quick and the staff was pleasant however our room was pretty horrifying. Our check in was quick and the staff was pleasant however our room was pretty horrifying. The cushioned chair had mold all along the seat cushion, there was hair all over our room, multiple stains on the bedding, the floor seemed like it had not been cleaned. It wasn’t just dusty it was very dirty. Even the table in the room had a thick layer over it. We immediately checked out and found a new hotel. The staff wasn’t unfriendly however they did not seem to be very concerned when we told them how dirty the room was and we offered to show them pictures and they didn’t want to see them. They just told us we had to reach out to Expedia for a refund. Expedia has reached out and was very helpful but it’s been over 3 days since Expedia reached out to the hotel to try to help with our refund and we still haven’t gotten it. Show More
