Spotlessly clean, which I've found is unusual for a pet-friendly room in many hotels.
The check-in desk staff were all friendly and helpful.
The bed/mattress was very comfortable and we slept extremely soundly.
Very quiet, but I can't comment on whether that was due to good soundproofing, or if we were just in a less busy bit of the hotel.
The heating system was quieter than most and quickly achieved and maintained a comfortable temperature when it was -14C outside.

Starbucks is a nice change at a hotel, fairly quiet place. Room was spacious. And my room came with a jacuzzi bath which was wonderful.
