This is completely unacceptable and shows very poor hygiene and room maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and management needs to seriously address this issue.Show More

They upgraded us to a newer room when we pointed this out. As noted by others the bathroom is very odd with a glass wall. There was no explanation on how the glass changed to opaque and we only discovered this by accident before we left. A see through bathroom door was really off putting and one wonders why they opted for this. Breakfast was only ok for those catching the train to Prince Rupert as it was a 7.00 start.Show More
