We were not informed that before you arrive that you need to complete on online form in order to access the property. It took us an hour and half to get into our room after a long flight. The TV in th...We were not informed that before you arrive that you need to complete on online form in order to access the property. It took us an hour and half to get into our room after a long flight. The TV in the room did not work as there was no antenna connection. Despite several reassurances that this would be resolved we eventually received an antenna on the day before we left the property. This is an extremely noisy area of the city with construction work next door. Throughout the night alarms would go off and we would often hear police sirens. We got very little sleep throughout the whole time we we there. show more

We had a great experience and the host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that one of the guests next to us was smoking in his room but they said they would deal with it.
