We paid extra to upgrade our room to Exec Room, which have lounge access and late check-out. Knowing that our flight is around mid-night, she offered a late check out of 9 pm, which gave us a peace of mind as to what could we do on the day of our flight. Thank you. The breakfast in the Exec Club is great, while the refreshments in the afternoon session is a bit limited comparatively speaking. The Club also offers a drink and cocktail with snacks session in late afternoon. The hotel location is just a few minutes away from HK Int'l Airport making it ideal for an overnight layover or transit. However, the airport is quite far from the heart of Kowloon or Hong Kong island. The hotel room feels a bit old and tired and needs an update.Show More

We had an early morning flight so booked this hotel which is connected to the departure/arrivals lounge by a covered walkway. It took us 10 mins to walk from our room into the terminal, so no need to wait for shuttle buses or taxis. The shower in the bathroom was excellent and the room quiet apart from a few people coming and going at all hours. Check in was very good. We asked to leave our luggage a few hours earlier than check in time. The receptionist was very friendly and allowed us to move into our room early.Show More

It was almost midnight, hotel shuttle to Regala ended at 10 pm and we were leaving early the following morning. Cersei called Cathay and successfully coordinated with her manager so we can stay at Regal. My husband and I were touched by her concern and caring attitude. Thank you again, Cersei.Show More
