Denn wir hatte extra angegeben 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Futon Bett, damit jeder von uns sein eigenes Bett bekommt. Allerdings gab es diese Option in den Zimmern gar nicht. Das Personal wollte uns allerdings zufrieden stellen und so hat es uns durch 4 verschiedene Zimmer geschickt, von dem wir uns eins aussuchen sollten, aber alle hatten nur 1 Doppelbett und keine von uns wollte 14 Tage auf einem Zustellbett schlafen, wofür wir auch bezahlt hatten. Unser Upgrade Zimmer sah also auch so aus das wir ein Doppelbett und 1 Doppelstockbett hatten. Sozusagen ein Family-Zimmer. Das war dadurch auch etwas größer. Das Bad war das schönste, da wir Badewanne und Dusche hatten. Zufrieden Waren wir aber dennoch nicht, da es nicht das war was wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert. Das Frühstück war super! Sehr viel Auswahl. Sehr lecker. Es gab eine Nudelsuppen Station, eine Eier Station und vieles weiteres. Die Mitarbeiter bekommen ein großes Lob. Diese sind uns sofort entgegen gekommen und haben uns bei den Koffern geholfen, diese sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht und waren immer bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Pool war auch sehr schön.Show More

The location is close to the busy Asok Intersection, but tucked inside the Soi, which is a nice quie...Was in Bangkok for a couple of days and this time stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel on Sukumvit Soi 18. The location is close to the busy Asok Intersection, but tucked inside the Soi, which is a nice quiet neighbourhood. It's a max 10 mins walk to the Asok BTS and MRT station and the Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. The Rembrandt is an old property and the design looks pretty dated; it's already under renovation and facelift. The elevators are pretty old and the looks do tell you about great days in earlier times. But that said the rooms are clean, although the Bathrooms do need a modernisation soon. The Bed was cozy and comfortable and the breakfast spread was quite wonderful. While the Rembrandt falls short of its newer and more modern competitors in the vicinity, in the design and modernity; it makes up with the wonderful and cooperative staff, right from the reception desk. The concierge was also pretty helpful in handling Taxi requests, storing your luggage etc. Overall good value for money and a safe comfortable stay if you are willing to overlook the obvious shortcomings in terms of modernity.Show More

Anis and Bo at the Rembrandt Residence/Suites were wonderful and helped me with all my needs (checking in, printing out boarding passes, etc). The Fitness center has new equipment and is much better than most hotels I’ve stayed at in the past and has amazing views of Bangkok. Wit who works at the fitness center does a great job of keeping it clean and making sure their is plenty of bottled water and clean towels. Lucas, Uri, and Breeze provided excellent service at the beautiful pool with city views at the hotel pool. The grilled sea bass tacos and margaritas were the best I’ve had. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5 is the hotel and suites need some renovations and updating. Both are older buildings and rooms need to be upgraded. I had a wonderful stay.Show More
