Location is convenient to Tokyo station and a short walk to Ginza (~15 mins each). Rooms were clean and a good size for Japan (but I paid extra for a larger room). Also has a little massage chair in the room (only good for smaller people). They are geared for business travellers so there is no laundry on site and only a simple drinks vending machine on the floor. However there are 7/11s and Family marts all around the area within a block or two for convenience meals, snacks, drinks etc. And they provide some amenities including great coffee bags and tea (but no black tea). A few restaurants nearby and Tokyo station/Ginza have lots of restaurants.Show More

For a short 2-day stay, it worked well for us. The location was also convenient close enough to Tokyo Station, which made getting around really easy. Overall, aside from the cleaning issue, the hotel wasn’t bad and served its purpose for our trip.Show More

Employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. If you book through Booking.com, you will have to pay another fee (city tax) when you arrive. It's a small amount but I didn't know to expect it. We didn’t get the breakfast buffet - it was a little expensive and there are two 7-Elevens on either end of the block. We were able to do a late check out for like $20 USD. Worth it. If you stay at this hotel, make sure to check out Kyobashi Edogrand across the street. You can enter it through the Kyobashi metro directly outside the front door of the hotel. There are great food options down there and a really cool like cultural information center.Show More

The hotel location is wonderful. It's on the edge of Ginza, just a short walk away. Directly outside the hotel, there is access to the Ginza Line (subway) which is extremely convenient to get to other areas of Tokyo (Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, etc.). In addition, the hotel is about a 10 min walk from Tokyo station with access to the Shinkansen (bullet train) if you want to travel to other areas of Japan.Show More
