The staff was helpful, courteous, patience and made our stay feel welcomed. The 515 Bar and Lounge was perfect spot to get a snack and drink to relax in evenings. The restaurant food for breakfast was perfect! Service was friendly and food delicious. The location allowed us to walk to Hop on Hop off Bus and Pier. Was our first time in Seattle so perfect spot to stay.show more

I had issues with my reservation and after much time on the phone with Marriott central reservations and then someone at the hotel, I was finally connected with the hotel manager who was very gracious and took care my problem. In addition, the room was very comfortable and pretty soundproof despite being adjacent to the freeway. I highly recommend staying here!show more

However, the hotel is showing its age with lots of scuffed furniture. Also, not quiet rooms…could hear street noise all night (and was on 12th floor). Workout room is great. Would prefer that the coffee shop would open earlier.show more
