My sister and I were travelling together and booked separate rooms. Without prompting Charlotte on the front desk advised she'd booked us into adjoining rooms - which was amazing and greatly appreciated! All desk staff - amazing! Greatly appreciated and audibly excited by the different flavoured water and snacks available at reception/lobby each day. Rooms were super clean and soundproof. We only stayed a few nights, so I didn't bother with the cleaning, but there were plenty of supplies so bathroom needs were not a worry. Lifts were fairly prompt but small. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We had a couple of pre-sunrise excursions and we were just minutes from the meeting point. Buffet breakfast was provided - lots of choices hot and cold. Staff always available to clean tables and replenish dwindling supplies. Wish we were staying longer so I could've tried the waffles!! Again, have to say the staff were amazing. Very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and always had a smile ready.Show More
