From the moment we walked in, the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful - we arrived really earlier and managed to check our bags into the luggage room and got checked in thanks to the lovely...From the moment we walked in, the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful - we arrived really earlier and managed to check our bags into the luggage room and got checked in thanks to the lovely Louise on reception (big thank you :) ). After a full day of exploring, we got back to the room which was very clean and comfortable - good size bathroom, cosy bedroom and a very practical kitchen/living room. Everything we needed was in there. Part of visit included our daughters birthday, which we mentioned during our discussions at check in and when we got back on the day - the hotel went above and beyond with a nice wee surprise for us and our daughter! Much appreciated. Location is good, as Earl's Court tube station is only a 10min walk straight up to the hotel and there is a Tesco Superstore on the doorstep. Despite the big city, London noise we all slept very well. Only managed breakfast once and it was delicious, but be prepared to wait a little while for a table during busy times. Used the laundry room more than once, where it has both washers and dryers available. I would suggest more wall hangers being available to use in the small hallway and maybe a carpet runner on the floor - this would be very useful and make the room even more cosy. Maybe hang both the iron and the iron board in the space behind the door, as this would free up the wardrobe and allow it to be fully used.Show More

Wi-Fi was also excellent for anyone looking to work from the room.. I loved the spacious room Thee excellent service by Daniel at the bar made me bill quite a bit than I expected.. Housekeeping was spot on.. They had laundry room which was a added benefit Stayed for more than 10 days and loved it.. Couple of downsides was the less than satisfactory check in where I was made to wait for 2 hours after I checked-in due to 'cleaning' and no in-house restaurant/dine-in.. Recommend to all who can afford 160+ plus pounds a night for a spacious well connected locationShow More

The laundry is beside the fitness center and is visible through a large window -- handy if you have clothes in while you work out. The rooms are small and with low ceilings but reasonably comfortale. The breakfast offering is limited, unless you like bread and pastries. Check in staff were friendly, although they did not upgrade me (in spite of Ambassador Elite status). The two elevators are small and slow-moving, and one was out of service for part of the time I was there, which led to many guests taking the stairs.Show More

Convenient location for exploring city and was a nice 30min walk from the big museums. Daniel the barman was good company and made some good cocktails whilst I left the 1 year old with his mum for bed time. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, and arranged repair quickly when we had an issue with the kitchenette sink. Breakfast was well catered and tasty cooked option.
