All staff obstinate and unable to be helpful or constructive. Paid for breakfast but leaving at 5am. No breakfast box available and no refund. No information given about shuttle service but saw it randomly at Osaka station. It was packed. Told swimming pool free but then charged when tried to access. Wouldn’t add IHG silver card despite our agent giving it to them. Family trip for elderly parents. 2 stars for room which was spacious with good amenities. Location terrible. Far from everything and spent lot of time and money on taxis.Show More

My Diamond IHG membership was fully acknowledged. Nice upgrade to the refurbished 25th Floor. The suite was of the quality I would expect from an Intercontinental Hotel. The Club Lounge on the 23rd serves a comprehensive breakfast with an egg station, afternoon tea and evening nibbles/drinks. The IHG Lounge Pass provides access to the lounge. Conciege desk, is manned by an English speaker. Very helpful Shuttle to station works well. If you want to explore local area turn right out of the hotelShow More
