7/10 The small things count.
We loved the view from our room window. The free parking was a big plus, and the location is perfect.
The shows and restaurant choices never disappoint.
We saw WOW for the 2nd time, and it is definitely a must-see when in Vegas.

1/10 Disgusting and a Disgrace.
Room was not sanitary it was so horrible. I couldn’t believe they would allow a room to be reserved knowing the room was in terrible condition. So many complaints o could not at all take that room tried reach booking no response I want my money back as to I did not at all stay. I took videos of the room. The staff placed me in another room that was horrible as well. I don’t want that I asked for refund I was told I couldn’t because it was third party through booking. I was down graded to a renovated room not able to be reimbursed my money. where I broke out in hives no hot water lights were out and flickering in the room. I would never stay in a hotel such as this it was not at all clean so many people had room issues. I took a video I wish I could upload but it only will allow pictures

7/10 Stay in the Ipanema Tower
We’ve stayed here once a year for the past few years, we’ve had both their remodeled rooms and old rooms. Their remodeled rooms in the Inpanema tower are very nice and welcoming, rooms that felt comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, we got one of the old rooms in the Masquerade tower this time. It’s really shabby and outdated, everything looked at least 10-15 years old. There was a window in the shower that looked into the bedroom, but it’s been covered by a painting on the wall. The shower door rolls on the track, it was hard to open and close and it squeaked every time.
The staffs were very friendly, and they offered bottled water both during check in and check out.

6/10 Great redemption, decent place
Great redemption of Hyatt points! Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The beds were clean and the couch was amazing. The bathroom was a little lacking - the toilet seat was peeling, the shower only had two of the three toiletries in the holder, and it could have used a good clean. The Hash House is the best in Vegas, great food and great staff. Went to the pool, which was nice, but since it was early in the season the bar only had about half the items on the menu and the pool was closed at 4 SHARP. Overall, a decent stay. I'd stay again if I came across a deal, but probably wouldn't seek it out.

Room was great,bed very comfortable. Separate sitting area with a sofa lounge. Quiet. I will definitely stay again with friends. Had a connecting room so it's perfect for a family with kids who want their own privacy

9/10 All around we enjoyed our lil getaway. Got to enjoy Vegas w/out all the hectic crowd.
For our family vacation I booked the suite room. We took our lil furbaby with us for the first time as well. Very spacious and clean room. Awesome that we had 1 1/2 baths. The jacuzzi bathtub was amazing! The Valet and Bellman staff were top notch!! Very courteous and quick service. Would definitely come back just from the service we received from them.

4/10 Comfortable and convenient, but lack of security and choice in room location were disappointing.
I LOVE that the hotel is not on the LV strip! The price was reasonable, and the parking garage was super convenient. The room is a good size, offering a king bed, and a separate living area, with a couch.

It's a big hotel, and staff treat you as a number. The front desk personnel is not very willing to help but just point you to the kiosk. The parking is far from the rooms and registration. We got the worst view of Vegas from the room they gave us. Our keys didn't work. For us, it was one of the worst hotel experience. in recent memory. I would never book this again. I feel I would have had a better experience from smaller, less expensive ones. Only plus was the huge room.

location, big size room. breakfast restaurant was very good, others inside restaurants were just okayyy.... good service and staff, overall comfortable stay, good for a buck.

Great room, I was in 27003 it was clean and a good view of vegas, But the food court could have been better. Ordering was easy, I only wish they had at least on franchised restaurant like a MacDonalds or Burger king. The burger I had was good. But the chicken cheese sandwich I had was really salty and I think it made me sick.

I loved everything for this price! I think it's good for what i've paid, but my friend didn't like the dirty windows. I like that they gave us high floor and the room was big enough for 2 people. We walked to the strip around 25 min. I really loved Korean BBQ restaurant in the hotel.

2/10 NOT THE FLAMINGO
We had originally booked the flamingo but our mate Kevin, changed the booking to your hotel without telling us...
Massively disappointed in his decision and ruined my holiday of a lift time as your place ain't a patch on the Flamingo.....
If you see Kevin tell him not to do it again.....

4/10 Great for families!
Nice and very spacious rooms! Free parking is a huge plus. Good eating options for family and casual dining. Easy in and out, clean and not fussy. My only complaint is that most of the ice machines were not working. Traveling with a volleyball team, that was a big inconvenience.

The room was spacious and the clean. The bathroom and towels were well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The check in and out process was super easy at the kiosk. Valet was friendly and very convenient to park our car. Catching a taxi was super easy.

It was awful I don't like the fact that I got blamed for something that I didn't do then they charged me for smoking and I don't even smoke so it was a mess communication on the end.

Very underwhelmed by this visit to the Rio. From the room having poor pillows, lack of quality in the towels, tv and internet going in/out. There was no fridge in room. Housekeeping never showed despite room being not occupied mostly each daytime.

- All guests must pay a $100 deposit on site. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received back it. They dint answer to mails or booking messages
- Far from the city center. Better to chose new york hotel

1/10 The legendary Vegas what a dump.
Not a lot, arrived had trouble finding our way around as no signage to help so ended up taking the long tour to reception only with the help of a cleaner. Thank you.
