The person who was incharged as Front office Manager Talgat Termekbayev was extremely rude and unpleasant person. He scolded me in front the public area lobby and tell me not to stay in this hotel anymore which is until that rude. That person should not work in hospitality industry even 5 star like Ritz. That person the way he behaves did not reflect any 5 star services. Talgat was not a proper Manager, his attitude was really bad. He's not appropriate become Front office Manager. At first I want to forgive them. After Talgat approached me it even made me pissed off . At first I have booked 2 rooms 3 months ago, that I have booked for Grand Marina and Kallang View. The check in experience is super slow, It was handled by Brandon. I reached there about 5pm , and do check in . I was waiting with my family for checking in 40 mins . When I enter the room, the room that provided is not Grand Marina. After that i was going downstairs and inform them the room provided was not the room that I booked. They said i need to wait 30 mins, someone will approach me to the room. We have waiting for 30 mins nobody came. at 7.20pm I going down again and check . I was really upset . How come the room has not ready yet until 7.30pm. They said housekeeping still prepare the room. as we know check in time should be on time at 3pm- and the room even have not ready yet. Until at the end 8pm they give me the room. as there is elderly waiting my mom , they should not make the person elderly waiting until 8pm as they also want to go out have dinner and the shop will close soon. As they also felt tired from the plane, they also want to have rest and catch for the next day flight. After that I was really angry and tell front office to give me the key soon. They still say not ready yet the hk team still making sofa bed, I force them to give cos I cannot wait anymore . Then when I entered the room 1920 , the room was super smelly, garlic, onion smell, like an odd. Then I call Call center who assisted called Irma , Im not really remember the name but she also very rude. Her english is not professional like hotel english it should be. she put an accent and the end with "Ya ya and ya" . And when i was really tired. she even still asking how many luggage need to be moved when i want to rush and have dinner. And i said to her the service was really lousy, worst, and fuc**up. she still even scolded me you cannot say that. But as you guys can see is not my fault . and Talgat the manager still approached me when I want to check out, I already told me i cannot talk my flight will coming soon. He still stopped me with rude gesture and force me to talk and he said I know but I need to talk to you and asking what happened and you act rude , if you behave like this we will not make you to stay in this hotel anymore. He is even not considerate at all if let say i will missed my next SQ flight, how it would be ???In my heart I just questioning, he is the one who made this stay really unpleasant, extremely terrible and the way he looked at me was really rude. The eye contact was really rude. So the conclusion is the person who worked in Ritz Carlton front office was very unpleasant, rude and not nice at all. The service they gave was not reflect Ladies and gentleman serves ladies and gentleman. Instead Ladies and gentleman serves like a "slave". and you pay the room to be scolded.Show More
