The hotel gives a 5 star experience throughout with an amazing feeling from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, and full of every amenity you could need from fridges, to comfy beds and beautiful grand bathrooms. The shower and bath were truly excellent. We loved the brilliant touches like the evening turn down service and it was exceptional how good the attention to detail was. The spa was lovely and perfect to relax after a busy day in Toronto. I’ve travelled across 4 continents and could honestly say one of my favourite city hotels.Show More

We also took the hotel SUV to the airport for a great price. Servie was above and beyond!! and the besds were the most comy I have every know with a coplete black out room and zero noice! Thank you!
