The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our room was super clean and felt really comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the Rama V Bridge was an absolute highlight. We loved sitting out there in the evening just taking in the view. A special thank-you to Plaa at the reception, who supported us with exceptional kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. Her help made everything smooth and enjoyable. We also enjoyed a very good massage at the hotel—perfect after long days of exploring the city. We would gladly come back again. Travel dates: 18–21 November 2025Show More

Everything went smoothly from check-in until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the river which made our mornings extra relaxing. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The breakfast selection was great and the staff were always attentive and welcoming. A very special thank you to Piaow. She has been extremely helpful and kind since day one. She assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend Riva Surya to anyone traveling with family. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!Show More

We were greeted very warmly and all instructions for our stay were easily understood. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The restaurant is superb. Our breakfasts were excellent with many varieties of fruits, breads, Asian and western dishes. Our two dinners at the restaurant were also delicious and very well presented. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Since the hotel is on the river it was very convenient for our boat captain to pick us up at the hotel’s dock. We highly recommend staying at Riva Surya Bangkok.Show More
