The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance created the perfect environment to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the small details—fresh towels, great lighting, and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel amenities were outstanding. The common areas were clean and modern, and the on-site services were convenient and high quality. Whether it was enjoying a good breakfast, asking for recommendations, or requesting assistance, the staff always delivered with a smile. Location-wise, is ideal—close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation. It was easy to get around, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is spot on with walking access to most of the city, Central ...We had a recent stay for a friends’ getaway at Romer’s Hotel in Hells Kitchen. I can’t recommend the facility highly enough. The location is spot on with walking access to most of the city, Central Park, Times Square, theatre district and Madison Square Gardens. There is access to subway stations nearby too when needed. The rooms are very generous with comfortable beds and good storage for luggage and clothing. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, there to assist with any queries, provide guidance and recommendations for local restaurants and places to stay. We spent considerable time in the lobby as a meeting point and any time of the day night we needed assistance or help the desk and concierge were only too happy to oblige. Credit too that you can get a very good cup of coffee from the team set up in the lobby too, as much as I loved the city this was one thing that was not a given from the coffee shops available. If you are looking for somewhere to stay whether you are there for business, vacation with family or friends, give Romer’s a try and will not be disappointed. Otherwise, I was extremely disappointed with the staff, they were not helpful or friendly and we tried various staff members. When we asked specific questions about restaurants or amenities, we got shrugs or were directed to google to search. One of the reasons we picked this hotel is the piano bar in the lobby, too bad the piano bar is only available for private events and not hotel guests. The hotel may want to disclose that information to guests. Unfortunately, there is more…… the beds were hard, I think they put pillows on the bed but using the word pillow is kind, it was more like an unfluffy pancake in a pillow case. Lastly the rooms were dated, not clean and walls paper thin. If you are looking for a great location with unhelpful staff and Super 8 room for $600 a night - have at it. I will certainly not be returning.Show More

Room was a fantastic size with a supersized comfy bed. Lovely shower with wash products and hairdryer. However no coffee/tea available in the room. Coffee shop downstairs that opens at 6 but closed at 2 and then nothing else available. Dunkin donuts is across the street though. This hotel charges tax and it was $180 for 3 nights for the 2 of us. Location was rather ok to be honest. A short walk from Times Square but enough so you are not in all the crowds. 20mjn walk from Central Park. The bar attached we went to for a drink. It was ok, just felt a little flat in atmosphere. But we are absolutely no experts with the local nightlife. Some good restaurants near by. Overall a good stay but could do with somewhere for coffee/drinks in the afternoon.Show More
