The location was excellent. Close to bus stops and only 3 blocks to the Hop-on, Hop-off tourist bus. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes, plus a large supermarket, within easy walking distance. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes, plus a large supermarket, within easy walking distance. A quiet residential area and quite safe. We had a ground floor apartment, which was ideal for our age group. We were able to store our luggage in the Suites office after we checked out, and pick it up later that afternoon to head to the airport.Show More

We had a lovely stay at Rosellen Suites. This hotel is in a very nice residential neighborhood, sandwiched between Stanley Park and English Bay. It has easy access to lots of international food option...We had a lovely stay at Rosellen Suites. This hotel is in a very nice residential neighborhood, sandwiched between Stanley Park and English Bay. It has easy access to lots of international food options down Denman St and also a Safeway grocery store, as well as public transportation all the way down Denman St. Very well connected and felt very safe. When we got there we requested an upgrade to a room with two bathrooms. The only option available was the Katharine Hepburn Penthouse, which was more expensive but a very nice upgrade. After everything, we ended up paying the same amount we had paid in Seattle for a much nicer accommodation. The room we had originally booked was the "classic" suite and really was in need of remodeling. The staff were friendly, although we did not interact with them much. They checked us in and we did not see them otherwise. If you book the penthouse, there are stairs at the top with no elevator access, but they were doable for my elderly parent. Definitely recommend!Show More

Man kann für 25 $ in der alten, nicht sehr geräumigen Tiefgarage parken, was aber anzuraten ist, da auf der Straße nur selten freie Parkplätze waren, die zudem auch zu bezahlen waren, über Parkautomaten.Show More
