The staff are very polite we had a problem with our room on arrival this visit so waited in reception for a while until a staff member Kieran approached my husband and i and apologized for the inconve...The staff are very polite we had a problem with our room on arrival this visit so waited in reception for a while until a staff member Kieran approached my husband and i and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us an upgrade, he showed us to a very nice suite which we were delighted with, it made our stay much more enjoyable especially with celebrating my birthday, and we dined as usual in the Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel Min Jiang which has beautiful views over London. We will definitely be returning here to stay on our next visit to London, and thank you to Kieran for looking after us a very polite and well mannered Gentleman,a valuable member to your team. Well done Royal Garden hotel i will definitely recommend.show more

Die Nähe zum Kensington Gardens Park war ein grosses Plus und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war gross, komfortabel und bot eine wunderbare Aussicht. Auch das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in perfekter Lage – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.show more

The staff were very professional, very friendly and helpful from the moment of arrival and throughout, the room was very nice, good view and clean and tidy, bathroom was beautiful, I booked this locat...The staff were very professional, very friendly and helpful from the moment of arrival and throughout, the room was very nice, good view and clean and tidy, bathroom was beautiful, I booked this location as I was visiting the Royal Albert Hall, and it was the perfect place to stay only being a ten minute walk from there, the parking was also good, even though there was concern before hand over what size vehicles can fit, it's states small to medium size car, I have a Mercedes C class and had no issues what so evershow more
