When I arrived, the reception was extremely warm and welcoming from everyone, even though I arrived very late. The porter was honest and helpful, and all the staff were friendly and trustworthy. The hotel is clean, safe, and in a very good location. One of the best features is that no one can access the floors without a room key in the elevators. There is also an additional lock on the room door, which made me feel even safer.
The housekeeping team was very kind and reliable, and I did not lose anything from my belongings. The air conditioning was excellent, and I could easily control both the cooling and heating.
The concierge service was wonderful, handling my requests and delivering everything directly to my room. The overall security level in the hotel was very high.
There was only one negative point: on the first night, when I was very tired, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We had to walk down more than 15 floors, and we were informed afterward that it was nothing serious. It happened again on another day, but only for a few seconds before it stopped. They apologized and offered a cake, which I appreciated. It’s good that the alarm sensors are sensitive, but I hope they can be stricter with guests who smoke.

I did not experience any negative behavior from any staff member, and their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more comfortable.
