The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in. A reduction in the number of room nights within 48 hours to arrival is not permitted. A charge equivalent to the total price plus service charge will be imposed. Unless otherwise specified, amendments or cancellation of booking can be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Extra bed and crib requests must be confirmed with the hotel, and is subject to availability. Please note that any children or teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults when check in. The hotel is the only Green Key awardee in China (Hong Kong) and has always upheld a reputation for environmental responsibility and sustainable operation in the tourism industry. Full rooming list must be provided at the time of booking and each guest name can hold one room only. Name changes are strictly prohibited for all bookings. Kindly note that full payment will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. No refund or amendment can be made once the payment has been processed.
