This time for holidays I decided to stick to the royal park, rates weren’t too high, that said more expensive than other chain like Mitsui Garden, APA and the like of them. Sincerely, if you don’t get a good rate you won’t notice the difference. Royal park is supposed to have an extra star but that’s just on paper, but worth noting that I booked a standard room with breakfast. The room was very small, barely big enough to open your luggage flat on the floor. View has nothing special even from a high floor. Customer service was ok although they did not help much when we wanted to book an extra 2 nights with them so at the end we went to another hotel. Breakfast is good, you have lots of choices for Japanese or continental food. That said I find the selection of fruit extremely limited (pineapple, melon cut and apple and bananas uncut). Same with the cereals, nothing outstanding. Then I was surprised that their coffee machine didn’t have decaf!! Again for a 4 star it’s quite poor! Bed and pillows were very good as always in most hotels in Japan regardless of standard.Show More

They had afternoon snacks and drinks. In the evening you have small bites but a huge selection and a large selection of unlimited drinks including high end brands. Good access to metro and local shopping centre not too far. The only downside was the sound of cars racing late most nights or early hours but wasn’t for hours . Plugs have usb ports and bathroom stocked with all the toiletries you would need. They also have robes and slippers. Views were good and staff very friendly and helpful . Would stay againShow More

Show More

It was located in the business area so was a bit quieter. We loved our room which included Executive lounge access. Paying that bit extra was worth it as the lounge was a lovely spot to relax and complimentary snacks were beautiful. Coffee and drinks were also part of the option we selected. Staff were lovely.Show More
