The buzzer button should be scribed as "the one with the picture of a telephone hand piece" and it need to be clearer that the buzzer button should be pressed before the three digit code is entered. The second time I checked in it was easy and worked well. The instructions for avoiding the 12 York St door and choosing instead the 12 York St door were clear. When I fort a bit confused the security staff were friendly, and explained the position. Overall it was a good choice of a place to stay near Harbourfront.Show More

Could not control the temperature. The thermostat read the heat that I set it for but right above the sofa cold air continued to blow down on me. I had to move the sofa. More kitchen tools, would have...Could not control the temperature. The thermostat read the heat that I set it for but right above the sofa cold air continued to blow down on me. I had to move the sofa. More kitchen tools, would have appreciated a colander to wash lettuce and veggies and a bowl for salad. Found where the instructions to the stove were halfway through my stay. Hand liquid soap dispenser was empty. Regardless I would book with Royal condominiums again it was great service, the view from my condo was beautiful.Show More
