We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's genuine efforts to communicate in English. Furthermore, since the buffet breakfast wasn't available during our stay, we were delighted by the traditional Japanese breakfast set, complemented by a semi-buffet style offering. The hotel is also walking distance to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium 沖縄美ら海水族館 and short driving distance to Lawson, Starbucks and variety of food establishments.Show More

We had a room in the Annex for 6pax. Nice and clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. No problem with visible tattoes in the hotel, in the pool or at Emerald Beach. Would stay here again. We had a room in the Annex for 6pax. Nice and clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. No problem with visible tattoes in the hotel, in the pool or at Emerald Beach. I came back to this hotel again, my last stay was two years ago, still a great place and highly recommend, especially if you're visiting the Ocean Expo Park, just a short walk next door!I came back to this hotel again, my last stay was two years ago, still a great place and highly recommend, especially if you're visiting the Ocean Expo Park, just a short walk next door!
