They are always accommodating. I am disabled and require special attention. I don't want to even have to consider another spot. Staff are excellent, very friendly. I arrived earlier than standard check in time but reception kindly gave me a room right away which was greatly appreciated as I had to get to an appointment and neede...Hotel was a very nice discovery. They offered free parking and late checkout as part of our VIP booking with Ex...We really loved our stay at this hotel. Right from check in to check out the staff were so accommodating and efficient. They offered free parking and late checkout as part of our VIP booking with Expedia and even extended our parking until later on the checkout date, so we could visit my dad at Toronto General Hospital.
