Interior decor of breakfast rooms fantastic, light and airy. > Very quiet top floor suite (bedroom) of generous proportions, with two separate, large, well appointed roof terraces with wonderful views to the south east of the city (towards Ciampino airport) > Very comfortable mattress (good quality sleep) > All guests of a similar, polite, respectful nature, in a very quiet hilltop residential area. > 50 minutes walk to the Vatican, 35 minutes to the Colosseum but cabs can be called for you by front of house, quickly (5-10 minutes) if preferred. > All front of house staff are very helpful, pleasant, professional and friendly. Dès notre arrivée, on nous a proposé de profiter du petit-déjeuner. Pensant qu’il s’agissait d’une délicate attention, nous avons été touchés, mais nous n’avions pas été informés qu’il serait finalement facturé. De plus, le service touchait à sa fin et le choix du buffet, pourtant annoncé à volonté, était très limité, ce qui nous a laissé une impression mitigée. Tout au long du séjour, le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, très professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, le tout avec le sourire. Dans la chambre, nous avons apprécié les petites bouteilles d’eau offertes. La décoration était soignée, la chambre propre et la literie très confortable, avec des draps frais et un ménage effectué chaque jour. La salle de bain était bien équipée, même si la douche, un peu ancienne et légèrement entartrée, restait propre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est correct : il est possible de rejoindre le centre à pied si l’on ne craint pas de marcher environ 2 km, sinon le métro se trouve à environ 800 m. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, mais manquait de variété. En résumé, cet hôtel est magnifique et le professionnalisme de son personnel a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.Show More
