I had a one-day stop in San Francisco recently and specifically chose this hotel for its location, right by the Pier. It's easy to walk to all of the activities at and near the Pier, yet just far enough away to avoid having to deal with the noises of the people. Every employee that I came across was polite and courteous. I greatly appreciate the kind female employee at the front desk who was able to find me an available room when I had arrived earlier than anticipated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Check in/out process was seamless.Show More

And the service in the restaurant for breakfast was incredibly slow and the food was subpar. There are great places to eat and drink all around, so don't use the hotel for anything but sleeping. The windows do open for fresh air, which was nice. Overall, I would recommend for convenience, cleanliness, and price.Show More
