Absolutely terrible. Besides being in construction (and not warned of such) the sound carries and the room was dirty. A few hours after check out I called as I realized I'd left my airpods there. A few hours after check out I called as I realized I'd left my airpods there. Staff stated they could not find them but would call me back. No call back, I called several days in a row, each time being promised a call back and never done so, each time they were evasive. I can see my airpods location and they are now at someone's home in Kelowna. So on top of all this the staff will gladly take your lost items for themselves despite me making it known I was looking for such. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Show More
