What stood out the most was the exceptional service, from the security staff, receptionists, to all hotel crew members. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly . Even during the preparation before the event, they were super helpful and attentive. I really appreciate and respect their dedication. Youcan really feel that they give their best in everything they do. I have so much respect and appreciation for their service. In addition to the great service, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, including the public restrooms. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable.
