The concierge spoke great English and was very helpful when we needed to make reservations. We stayed in the designer suite which was probably one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. We ate breakfast there every day except for the one day we were getting up very early to go to the Fushimi Inari Taisha. We let them know that we wouldn’t be needing breakfast and they offered to make us sandwiches instead to take with us. I’m not sure if this is a common thing in Japan but I thought it was so nice and accommodating. I really appreciated it. It’s a little far from train stations so if that’s important to you keep that in mind but if u don’t mind a walk go for it. I didn’t think it was too far to walk. Show More
