Great location. Probably 10-15 minutes walk to the falls area. Free onsite parking was a bonus. The breakfast was included and made to order. There is a dining common area with microwave, dishes, etc, which was nice to be able to heat up leftovers. The bathroom was outside of the bedroom, but that was expected. It was still private and a few steps from the bedroom. The room was cozy and had enough space for a couple or adult and child. It may be a bit tight for 2 friends. The fridge was also not in the bedroom but again a few steps away. The family that owns the place was very nice and extremely accommodating. A true B&B experience.Show More

We stayed in the basement apartment which had 2 rooms, a fireplace in the bedroom, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the things that you would need for eating and drinking. They have a deck overlooking the river that is well lit at night. The breakfast is incredible, the hosts spectacular, and so very kind and helpful.Show More
