The stations are reachable by foot, but the hotel also provides a quick shuttle that takes you most of the way (drop off before the main traffic lanes, the station is across the road). There are bars and restaurants inside the hotel complex. 7/11 is just across the street (open 24/7). The hotel facilities are good. The room is a good size, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave and cooking plate. There is a dining table, small living room with a sofa and a TV, bedroom with a king size bed, sofa, TV and a work desk. The bathroom has a separate shower corner, bathtub, toilet and a sink. It's clean and spacious. The personnel are nice and polite. The receptionists were kind, understanding and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day (unless you ask them not to). New bedsheets, towels, bathroom items, bottles with drinking water are provided daily. The breakfast is tasty and nutritious - rice, eggs, vegetables, chicken, pancakes, etc. Every day the breakfast is mostly the same, which makes it easier to plan your breakfast. The restaurant personnel are also very kind and welcoming. I didn't spend much time in the gym or in the swimming pool. All I can say is that the gym looked well-equipped with plenty of machines, weights, treadmills. The swimming area has tanning beds and a nice roof view.Show More

At check-in I was greeted warmly and efficiently by Mind and Tah and upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was such a welcomed surprise. I arrived early and was allowed to check in straight away! I was exhausted from working and heading straight to the airport and flying from Melbourne to Bangkok with no sleep for 26 hours, so I was very happy to have my room! During my stay I had the pleasure of dealing with Art who was also very helpful and pleasant. All staff are professional and accommodating. I even had trouble getting a hot shower and immediately a technician came to my room and fixed the issue. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, they are clean and the aesthetics are calm and lovely. Housekeeping do a wonderful job everyday, you can feel the pride and respect. The pool is clean and well maintained. There were no umbrellas but I was advised it’s due to the windy season. Maybe they can look at a way this can work as it was hot with no shelter. The gym is well equiped and maintained The shama has a pretty fragrant through the lobby and the cafes and shops available are great. Once again a relaxing and effortless stay and I can’t wait to return!!!Show More

We booked the Lakeview King room and the first room in building B wasn't great due to the noisy aircon on the balcony however we requested to change rooms and were given a room on the top floor of building A (building with pool) which was amazing. The view over the lake was very refreshing and the staff helped us with everything to change rooms, I really don't have much to complain about of this hotel. There is a convenient store downstairs and prices are the same as 7/11 which was a real bonus plus there are several massage shops, a beauty salon, 7/11, free shuttle which takes you out to the main road, street food and a dental clinic a short walk away. You have almost everything you need in very close proximity and I must compliment the staff on there professionalism and friendliness we would definitely stay here again :)Show More

Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning lake and city views. The facilities were excellent, the location perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed.
