I used nightly upgrade certificates for the stay. It was spacious and comfortable: 4 wide twin beds (2 in the main room and 2 in the back room), 2 spaces for futons in the tatami area. Sliding doors for privacy and separation. Seating in the tatami area and the couches. Fabulous onsen style bath tub. 2 toilet rooms. Plenty of closet space. Yukatas and slippers, water bottle, washing machine down the hall. Plenty of personal amenities like brushes, tooth paste, q tips etc that we didn’t need to use in the bathroom drawers. The lounge was fabulous. We were so busy that we only used it mainly during breakfast but were able to see Mt Fuji in the first day. Loved the views of the park and the bay from the lounge. Great service. The property is so close we just walked across the street to the monorail stop (small fee to use this - paid 700 yen for day passes). There is also a shuttle for that short distance if needed. There is also a shuttle to Mahaima train station which has Ikspaiari mall and connections into the city. I missed the opportunity, but the monorail day passes can be used to receive a Disney progressive stamp postcard the day of the pass only. Because the property was so close, my family chose to take a break in the late afternoon and went back to the hotel before returning to Disney sea for the evening show. The general manager and director of rooms Mr Donoghue and Mr Ueda were so wonderful in helping us ensure a seamless stay. We had different family members checking at different times earlier than my arrival. Thank you! I would highly recommend this property.Show More

It is a short walk to Disneysea, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the train station. If you are visiting the theme park, this is a good choice to be at, the only thing is the choice of the food/restaurants in the hotel are limited and price are on the higher end. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here and to all the hotel staffs, thank you for the warm welcoming and helpfulness during our stays,Show More
