The staff were courteous and professional, and my elite status was recognized upon check-in, which added a nice touch to the experience. The room provided was spacious and comfortable; however, it clearly reflected the age of the property and would benefit from a renovation. The hotel offers a good range of facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a pleasant pool area with lovely views, though these also show signs of wear over time. While the hotel maintains a strict policy on check-out times understandable given its high occupancy, the staff were accommodating and provided a reasonable extension. I was very delighted with the upgrade. I travelled to the hotel using MTR subway (Tuen Ma Line), alighted at East Tsim Sha Tsui station and followed exit K. Exit K has escalator easier for travellers with luggage bag instead of using Exit L1 where there is only staircase. Location of the hotel is no doubt one of the best, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, near Avenue of Stars and the bustling Nathan Road. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Service was great and efficient. The Sky Lounge is a hidden gem with spectacular view of Victoria Harbour at night I will definitely stay here again if I return to Hong Kong.Show More
