I have gave the hotel and Valet company several chances to ...On a recent trip 10/2025 several of us stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Indy. I have never posted anything but feel I need to let guest know. I have gave the hotel and Valet company several chances to make things right after I was violated. soo... The Sheraton Downtown Indy told me to use the valet because the hotel parking was closed. Warning: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!! I used the valet and gave the valet my keys the next day they bring my vehicle back and I noticed stuff out of place. After looking closer in my truck the valet service destroyed the inside of my truck and stole about $900.00 in small stuff glasses, change, personal items. The Sheraton downtown Indy and valet acted like nothing happened, they had the keys but said they were not responsible after telling me to use them. They said they contract them and would have to deal with there manager. The front desk of the Sheraton Downtown and manager of the parking garage have terrible customer service and seemed as if nothing happened. I'm sure they don't want this to get out. Zero accountability for violating my life I'm guessing they are making a ton of money stealing small stuff from every vehicle hoping the customers don't notice they drive their vehicle around. It is awful convenient that there is no video of anything either. Also tried to call corporate and they said I had to call the hotel. No wonder why people get away with this stuff. I would never recommend staying here after this experience. Just think if someone did this to a few vehicles a day how much they get away with now I'm left with being out about $900 in stuff a bill from the hotel and charged for valet service the hotel recommended me to use.Show More

Tripadvisor asks for an attestation that the experience and review are mine AND THEY ARE!!! Let's see if they'll push back on my REAL review again. I spent 11 nights in October at this Sheraton. Although the service provided was terrific, I rated my stay 4 out of 5 states only because the rooms are in need of updating. At check-in, Raine & Sabrina at the front desk made me feel like a old friend. Their warmth in greeting me each day that they were at the front desk added a personal touch to my stay overall. The buffet breakfast was very good, tasty and impeccably clean. Servers Jessica & Thai were both competent and kind. Thai also works evenings at the Club lounge and our friendly chats became a nice part of my routine. And then there's Westley: affable and impeccably dressed. If he was in the lounge, he'd greet you with the latest goodies on offer. As a frequent business traveler, I've learned that it is the people who make all the difference. Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel's true strength lies in its team. They're the ace in the hole that keep me coming back (my next stay is already booked!).Show More

No one smoked. No warning. No explanation. Just a vague claim that an “air quality sensor” went off. Meanwhile, the entire building smelled like smoke, which other reviews also mention. But sure, let’s blame the candles. That wasn’t even the worst of it. On our way to dinner, we were met with a trail of blood in the hotel entrance—no signage, no cleanup, just a casual biohazard waiting to be stepped in. And surprise! The hotel was under active construction, with blocked-off areas and chaos throughout the lobby. Had we known, we would’ve booked literally anywhere else. Let’s not forget the privacy nightmare. When I called the front desk, they didn’t put me on hold—just set the phone down. I got to hear another guest’s full name and room number being said aloud. So if you love handing your personal info to strangers, this place is perfect. Coming for the rooftop pool? Fair enough—it’s pretty. But it’s also slick and unsafe, with puddles and mystery residue near the entrance. No signage. No towels. Hope you like slipping hazards with your swim. After all that, I looked up other reviews and surprise—multiple guests report similar bogus charges and shady behavior. It feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern.
