The room was lovely with a large comfy bed and great shower. The pool area was really nice, it was quiet while I was there, not sure if it ever gets too busy as a lot of guests appeared to be business...The room was lovely with a large comfy bed and great shower. WiFi worked, gym was fine, food was ok and not too expensive. The grounds are lovely, definitely a step up from the usual airport hotel experience. The complimentary shuttle bus was really good, Mr Julian picked me up and came out of his way to find me when I got lost trying to locate the pick up point. He even messaged me the next day to confirm that I wanted to get the shuttle back to the airport. Great service and communication from him! I am pleased I spent a bit extra to stay here as I had 24 hours between flights. If I had only a short time I would probably stay at one of the cheaper places in the airport just for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel for the friendly and reliable shuttle service and for a nicer airport stay if you have time to appreciate the facilities.Show More

Within the Jakarta's airport complex and next to airport't taxiway. (Most of the hotels room are facing the lake or hotel's garden. So bad news for people who want to do plane watching.) Being close to the airport, aircraft noise is pretty noticeable on the hotel ground. Service was amazing. The F&B outlets on the hotel also provide good selections of food on their menu. The hotel provide airport shuttle service which only take about 10 minutes drive to the airport. The hotel did have resort like vibes. People can easily stay here for staycation if they don't mind occasional aircraft noise. Overall it was very worthy stay.Show More
