8/10 Great Location, great city breakGreat location.

I had a number of queries regarding the bill and policies which the gentlemen was very happy to answer. I was a bit dissappointed that when booking a room for 4 with breakfast included, breakfast is only included for 2 people. I would have like to have this info in advance. I even gave the receptionist my reservation where is did not state only 2. However we still enjoyed the breakfast and used the 35dollar credit towards the additional charges for breakfast.
The lifts have what seems like a good system but with many large groups staying it was hard to actually get a lift waiting in excess of 20mins at times. One day a member of staff actually manned the lifts and this really helped the process.
Rooms clean and everything you need while in NYC.
Check out was also very simple.
Would absolutley stay at the location again with its beautiful breakfast offerings and pleasant staff and excellent location.

8/10 Very enjoyable, the room was clean (again dated but who cares its a place to sleep in a great location)The location is great, makes an easy walk to mostly everything within 10 minutes. Yes its very very busy but welcome to a big city. The staff were very nice and as helpful as they could be handling a busy weekend. I liked that it also had its own parking even though its not technically affiliated with Sheraton themselves.

1/10 Bad Experience and poor serviceI recently stayed at the Sheraton New York and was disappointed with the overall experience. While the hotel benefits from a prime location, thatโs unfortunately where the positives end. The rooms are outdated and lacked basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. these had to be requested separately, and service was far from prompt. Internet access was unavailable throughout my stay, and staff generally lacked soft skills and professionalism. The order taker was particularly poor telephone etiquette. Staff didnโt encounter a single warm or welcoming interaction during my visit. Even Welcoming phrase on TV screen was not available. Additionally, the hotel is consistently overcrowded, including the restaurant and common areas, making the stay feel chaotic and impersonal. For the high price, the experience fell well below expectations.

6/10 Not safe and rooms are wornNot a very good hotel. Location is fine and the front desk personnel were helpful, the check-in process easy. But, the rooms are worn and the hotel is under construction. What I really don't like is the bed is almost 4 1/2 feet high!!! It's ridiculous. I travel all over for business I have never seen a bed this high. It's hard to get in and out of it. Also, with high crime in NYC I would expect that elevators would request you slide your room key to get to your floor. Nope. Anyone off the street and walk in and take the elevator. They said they have cameras and I am sure they do, but I didn't see many if any cameras. I didn't feel secure here. I would not return.

2/10 Reminder big name doesn't mean "good hotel"Almost nothing was likeable but perhaps I can give a few marks to the quality of the bed. That is about it. Furniture, cabinets and washrooms, ALL were TIRED and OLD. Lifts were dirty and dusty.

2/10 Avoid avoid avoidFrom the moment I arrived, this hotel was a massive disappointment. The reception staff were shockingly rude and utterly unwelcoming, setting a terrible first impression. It only got worse from there. My room was in a state of disrepair โ mold covered the ceiling, the coffee machine was literally missing parts, and the fridge was bizarrely dumped on the floor. On top of that, the hotelโs claim of being โsustainableโ is laughable โ everything, and I mean everything, is wrapped in plastic. Itโs outdated, uncomfortable, and environmentally tone-deaf. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

5/10 Fine but old, dark, and tired.The full size beds were absolutely too small. When we booked I didnโt fully read that these were not queen beds. You just cannot have parents and kids sharing these glorified twin beds. They are nice for a single person but not for 2. Our family was cramped and on the edge of the bed. The rugs are really tattered and the whole place feels dark and in need of some tlc. NYC is an exciting stay but this room just felt like a drag to return to at the end of a day out sightseeing. Bit of a bummer. However our housekeeper was awesome and so accommodating of our jet lag.

8/10 Amazing holiday.What a great hotel. We had a lovely time away and it was really relaxing. We had a warm welcome and were checked in effortlessly. We were on the 19 floor and once we got the hang of the lifts we were fine. The room had a lovely view and it was cleaned everyday to a great standard. We went to the bar every evening to have a drink and had contact with Cathy, Alicia, Carolina and misba. They had a warm welcome and always had a chat with you. They really know their guest well and are the jewel in the crown.

8/10 Outstanding Customer ServiceJust back from a stay at the Sheraton Times Square and have to compliment the staff - especially the Front Office Manager Charlette! We were traveling to a family party and had requests for a number of guest rooms. After countless calls to Marriot Bonvoy to see how we could get rooms in close proximity, I had the good fortune to speak with Charlette who worked with the front desk to make it happen! She was lovely and so helpful and made our stay in NYC a pleasure.

10/10 Excellent ExperienceI recently stayed at the Sheraton Times Square and had the most warm and welcoming experience! The staff there was amazing. We were traveling with family and front office manager Charlette McClean-Beckford in particular made us feel so welcomed as Bonvoy elite members. Charlette and the front desk staff made every effort to answer all our questions and look after all requests quickly and enthusiastically. They really went the extra mile. We'll be back!

Beds are small and super soft like sleeping on a thick kitchen sponge, not comfortable because you sink right in and is you have 2 in the bed then you roll into each other. Ok for the price. They don't actually have parking.. it's a third party garage and costs $90/day.

1/10 a 4 Stars Hotel that looks and operates like a dumpNo one to talk to, they don't pick up the phone. lazy useless stuff. They charge $18 to keep your luggage for a few hours before check in, and they say that this is a company policy. The room looks like an old bag, no amenities, just a tiny piece of soap.
