We selected since we had stayed here 8 years prior. Again we were pleased with the location and service. The Sheraton Tribeca is definitely out of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan yet the Subway is...We selected since we had stayed here 8 years prior. Again we were pleased with the location and service. The Sheraton Tribeca is definitely out of the hustle and bustle of Manhattan yet the Subway is easily accessible and a quick ride to Time Square or the water front. We were checked in by Jakyra who was professional and knowledgeable. It was my husband’s birthday and we received small bottle of champagne, Strawberries, chocolate chip cookies and the best Macaroon’s ever. Prior to our arrival I had spoke to Keyan to advise that we were flying the redeye and hoped for an early checkin. They made it happen. We were in our room by 10:30 which gave us time to get lunch and come back for a nap. One reason we love this hotel and I highly suggest to upgrade to the Club Lounge access Level rooms. The Club Lounge has beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets. You get 24 hour access to snacks, water and sodas. Marcos is the manager and the morning team Janeth and evening Damietri were fabulous! Morning included a lovely breakfast which included eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels fruit, cereal, bagels. Evening they hosted happy hour with wine beer sodas, hot and cold appetizers. Thank you team for being so welcoming. Looking forward to seeing the remodeled Club Lounge after the first of 2026. We would recommend some of the patio heaters for the outside space when the temps are cooler. This did not keep us from enjoying the views and fresh air. The front desk staff for the duration of our stay were friendly and ready to assist. We did not introduce ourselves to each one personally but that didn't matter since it felt like weve known them forever. This hotel is conveniently located in the Tribeca area and our room albeit very small was well appointed (BEST BED EVER the Sheraton bed was AMAZING) and faced a building which was away from the busy Canal street. This helped minimize the noise but it is NY, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. After our stay We headed out for a cruise and Kevin our bellman helped us to arrange transportation to Brooklyn. If you want a great room and exceptional service book the Sheraton Tribeca.Show More

There are subway lines to the entire city just a few minutes from the hotel, it is also close to wonderful parts of the city. The staff at the reception were very kind and willing to help with any request. The bellboys were also cute and helped us manage transportation in the city. The room was spacious with 2 large beds. There is nothing in the bathroom except shampoo, soap and conditioner. Today, even 2-star hotels have more, it is really basic! A little disappointing for the Sheraton Hotel. Even though we are 2 people, one small bottle of water was left every day (without charge) which is a bit "stingy". The cleanliness of the room was not good, after 5 days we asked for a thorough cleaning, the sheets were changed, the drinking glasses were not changed for 10 days. The carpet was not vacuumed. We stayed for 10 days without the room being cleaned properly, especially in winter when you come back with shoes that are not always clean. Because of the location and the size of the room, which is really spacious compared to the city, I would recommend it despite everything.Show More
