I've had consistently superior experiences here. From a warm and efficient reception experience with Sude and Paula, our stay was off to an excellent start. I'm always delighted when Sude recognizes me in the lobby--the little details make every stay special. The rooms are nicely sized, the floor to ceiling windows provide great views and an open feeling. Housekeeping keeps rooms spotless. The Club Lounge team is truly exceptional. They make the views that much better. I see them look after guests, providing suggestions on places to see, eat, or do something special. Of course, they keep the lounge tidy even during busy times. There's a good set of Canadian beers, wines, and other drinks available to order. I want to recognize Twinquel, Polly, Billy, Carey, Jenny, Nas, Betty, Alejandra, and Dejan for being such a great, cohesive team who always looks after us. Thank you!show more

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Sheraton Wall Centre to anyone visiting Vancouver. First my sincere thanks to Frank, Paula, and Nikole for their top-tier services, hospitality and professionalism. The front desk team ensures you're treated just the way you’d expect. They always acknowledge Bonvoy loyalty status and go the extra mile to offer upgrades whenever possible. Then my special kudos to the whole Club Lounge team, Dejan, Chris, Polly, Billy, Fernanda, Jenny, Carey, and the rest of the staff - Betty, Twinquel, Nas, Ale, Kate, Paras, Theo, and Aarayan, from the welcoming greeting to the thoughtfully prepared snacks and drinks. Their service is both personal and professional, making my every stay feel like a home away from home.show more

Pros: -Central location. Blocks from Robson Street. -Friendly staff. -Decent lounge for Bonvoy members. -Starbucks on site. Cons: -Hotel rooms are in dire need of a facelift. The decor hasn't change...Pros: -Central location. Blocks from Robson Street. -Friendly staff. -Decent lounge for Bonvoy members. -Starbucks on site. Cons: -Hotel rooms are in dire need of a facelift. The decor hasn't changed since it opened. You'll think you're living in the 1990's. -Related to 1, the entire building, especially the North Tower, feels dead and empty. -St. Paul's hospital is right across the street. That can make for a lot of ambulance noise. -The corner of Helmeken and Hornby has a lot of druggies and homeless people, doesn't feel safe at all. I've stayed here many times because the rates are so cheap, but my last stay I decided not to come back until they renovate the rooms. I'd rather pay a bit more and stay at the JW Marriott which has a fantastic lounge and modern, luxury rooms.show more

My heart goes out to the str...This hotel is booked solely for Conventions (as quoted by the Manager on duty tonight). Yet for a "Convention Hotel" they do not employ nearly enough staff nor resources. My heart goes out to the stressed out and understaffed restaurant workers, and housekeeping/valet/front desk staff who had to deal with this Convention weekend. My heart especially goes out to those visitors who are here for a quick travel pit stop or date night in the city. This is NOT the hotel for that!!! We are loyal Gold Elite Members for 20 + years and are beyond disappointed in the lack of care, concern and customer service received for the second year in a row attending a "convention" at this hotel! Next year we will be staying at the Sutton Place and walking over for the convention!show more
