They accommodated us in the building with elevators and right beside each other. They also allowed us to stay in the same room even though our reservation was for one week at a time (we stayed for two weeks total). This resort is less than 12mins from Magic Kingdom, and within 6 mins from all the other resorts! 30mins from Universal. You basically end up getting on Disney property and then exiting before getting to this resort and I LOVE THAT! I wish they offered transportation to the theme parks, but free parking and lots of parking spaces available make up for this.
The resort is really nice, sure it would be great for it to be a bit more updated, especially the TVs, but it has everything you need and its very comfy furniture as well! The second bedroom had a whole other mini kitchen which was amazing! We went to the pool once and it was a very nice time. Never crowded, had 2 or 3 pools, cannot recall, nice hot tub which I did get to try out, and the splash pad for my 2 kids under 4 was great! 2 bedrooms where separated by the living area for privacy, each room had it's own balcony, and the bathrooms are separated and close to each room individually which is even better to avoid waking up the kids. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, no condiments though so ensure to buy or bring your own. Full fridge that also makes ice was a nice touch (remember to turn it on). They do include a sponge and dish soap and 1 load of tide wash powder for your clothing. Washer and Dryer are old school and small, but get the job done! They even provide a paper towel roll, and plenty of tissue and toilet paper. Pool towels are given to you at the amenities center or the check in area.
I had ice cream and the philly sandwich in the marketplace and they where actually pretty good! I did not get to try the other food place by the pool unfortunately. Check in and out was easy, total breeze! You can use your card to get in and out of the resort or get a parking pass that lets you in automatically (we choose to just use our cards).
The resort is perfect in size, not too big not too small and so close to Disney. It was clean, comfy, family oriented, easy to get in and out off, and we are going back end of Oct for another vacation there!Show More
