The Skybridge is just a 2 minute walk from the SeaTac Link station where a $3 train whisks you to downtown Seattle. For those who don’t want to walk the 15 mins from the terminal, there’s a convenient...The Skybridge is just a 2 minute walk from the SeaTac Link station where a $3 train whisks you to downtown Seattle. For those who don’t want to walk the 15 mins from the terminal, there’s a convenient free shuttle that comes around every 5-20 mins (depending on how lucky you are). Because we arrived at night, we decided to take the shuttle. I loved how you could call the shuttle driver directly so you knew how long the wait was going to be. The hotel building is older but the furnishings are updated with the clear shower doors and comfy beds. No issues with noise from traffic or the airport. Breakfast is $21 and it was not very high quality (though service was excellent) - similar to what you find at a Fairfield Inn. So if you have a family, breakfast costs alone would break the budget. But if you appreciate a quiet and leisurely breakfast without kids running around, this would hit the spot. The hotel has a fitness center but I did not use it. It is your standard business hotel with the added advantage of being right by the Link Station and close to SeaTac airport.show more

The rooms were clean & the lobby was nice. The hotel is walking distance to a Denny’s and that’s about it. Will was great & had great customer service. Will was great & had great customer service. Unfortunately, we were gouged the second night. I didn’t realize it until I got to the airport after checking out. My mistake was asking them to email the receipt. The charge for a Monday night was more expensive than the Sunday night by 55%!! It was contrary to what was online when I booked. It was not a holiday & in most cases, a weekend rate is more than a weekday rate, not the other way around. Also, if rates are going to fluctuate, it should only fluctuate by 20%. I tried to resolve it with the hotel & Marriott headquarters, but got no where. I tried to resolve it with the hotel but, Brittany was rude & unprofessional & was yelling over me. Filed a formal complaint, but they just push it back to the hotel with no accountability. It’s unfortunate that Marriott allows hotels to treat their guests this way & taint their reputation. After this experience, I probably won’t choose Marriott again.show more

This hotel is in a great location for Seattle airport. We used there Shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and we didn't notice any noise at all.
