I booked and then cancelled another hotel just for one reason — because my kids are very young (4 years old and 10 months). We came to Niagara Falls mainly for the indoor water park. We specifically chose Skyline Hotel because it was directly connected to the indoor water park. Since it was cold and my kids had just gotten out after swimming, we didn’t want them to catch a cold. We paid $350 for one night at Skyline Hotel, which included a room with two double beds and four passes for the indoor water park. But honestly, today I feel like we just burned our money. This is worse than a 1-star hotel. The room smells awful, the beds are uncomfortable, and they don’t even provide shampoo properly — there’s just a wall-mounted body wash/shampoo combo of the worst quality. The room doesn’t even have a heater! When you call reception, they just drop off a small portable heater. The hallway lights stay on all night, and because of the huge windows and white curtains, the room stays so bright that it’s hard to sleep. If you want to waste your money, stay here — but bring your own shampoo, toothpaste, and towels. And if possible, also leave a donation for the hotel because they clearly need it. This was my first and last time ever staying here. The funniest part? They charge $30 extra for parking, yet have a notice saying that if your car or anything inside it gets stolen, the hotel won’t be responsible. Then what exactly are we paying for if our belongings aren’t even safe on their property? Honestly, may God deal with people who run such places — you’re scamming hardworking families and ripping people off.Show More

My vehicle sustained paint damage from on-site painting work, yet management — particularly Edina — conducted a biased, incomplete, and dismissive investigation. Despite clear photographic evidence, my concern was brushed aside. Management claimed the paint “did not match their products,” which is misleading given that my car was parked directly beside paint buckets and visible splatter on the ground. Instead of arranging an independent inspection or taking accountability, they deflected blame and closed the case without resolution. Especially disappointing was how Edina handled this matter. She failed to provide an evident solution to the concern I raised, repeatedly gave the same biased statements, and turned away from taking any responsibility. This management failed to provide a single piece of evidence to support their position, leaving my concern completely unresolved and my disappointment with their handling even greater. As with many other negative reviews, I fully expect their response to this comment will be the same recycled script: “Please accept our sincere apology for not meeting your expectations. We strive to provide a wonderful experience for our guests and we are apologizing.” These are nothing more than empty words — no action, no accountability, no resolution — leaving guests with the problem while management avoids responsibility. As a paying guest, I expected fairness, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I was met with disregard, bias, and denial. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly caution others to think twice before staying here.Show More

I have checked out that same day. VERY VERY VERY disappointed. Bring your portable heaters, bring a generator to heat up your room, bring some sheets, new pillows, some slippers, and a mask to help you not breathe in the smell. It was like was I was at campground but with the smell of Great Grandmothers house from the 60's where she smoked a pack of cigarettes day in the basement. I was given another room and I was told the heater doesn't turn on due to the change of temperature I was brought a heater and guess what it didn't even work... most of the outlets didn't even work. Disgusted and very very disappointedShow More
