The room was super clean and modern, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the abundance of USB ports, electric sockets, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. Daily housekeeping was excellent—fresh towels, shower gel, and soap were consistently provided. They even let me borrow a clothes steamer to de-wrinkle my shirts, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal—just steps from the main train station and metro, making it incredibly easy to access Milan’s key sights and plan day trips to other parts of Italy. The area had plenty of fast food outlets, restaurants, and shops nearby, which added to the convenience. The reception team truly stood out. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and consistently acknowledged me with a smile as I entered or left the hotel. Their warmth created a genuinely pleasant atmosphere and made me feel appreciated throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, connectivity, and great service in Milan.Show More

Brilliant location just across from Milano Centrale which is perfect when you have a 6am train to catch. Lots of public transport options close by and heaps of great restaurants. Room was very clean and modern. The bad: the bed was *very* soft and the pillows were also super soft. Neither did my back or neck any favours. We couldn’t change the room temperature so it was always too hot. The bathroom door was hung on an angle/warped so it barely shut and scraped loudly along the floor when you closed it.Show More
