Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. E...Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. Every game in the game room was broken. We got the house dirty and spent a hour just cleaning the oven. There were no extra bath towels and no pool towels at all. We had to buy towels because we did not have enough. ACO management was horrible and did nothing to help. We have stayed in solterra 5 times previously and never had a bad house. stay away !!Show More

Rented this home and planned to use the full kitchen however pans were RUSTED. Not dafe to cook on. Not dafe to cook on. The house was dirty, garbage left in the front of the home on the ground, ketchup smeared on the curtains leading to pool. Dirt smeared on walls, stains all over the couches. The pool and hot tub were also filthy and not even circulating water. There was only 1 functioning television in the home which was horrible considering we had 2 families staying here with various ages. Reached out to the management office many times during my stay and nothing was resolved. The home was supposed to include some basics like laundry detergent. Dish detergent a sponge and paper towels. None of this provided. Do not book here, you will regret it.Show More
