Somebody at the front desk gave my reservations away or cancel them to book another party. Not sure why call the 1-800 number. And she told me someone at the front this head canceled my reservation. And she told me someone at the front this head canceled my reservation. I didn't fuss about it I just carried on about my day. But then when I got in the hotel. The food was overpriced. Half of the staff didn't have keys to unlock certain doors that we booked for certain venues. The food was subpar. And just straight out nasty. The drinks for water down and overpriced. So I didn't miss anything. I went to the Hilton.Show More
