However, one major concern is the la...I recently stayed at SQ Boutique Hotel. The hotel is quite new and overall the facilities are good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the design is modern. However, one major concern is the lack of security. There are no security personnel on site, and anyone from outside can access the elevator and go straight up to the guest floors. This is very unsafe and makes guests feel vulnerable. A basic level of security should be a must for any hotel, but unfortunately, it is completely missing here. The hotel has potential, but until the security issue is fixed, I would consider it a risky choice for travelers.Show More

Just a short 1–5 minute walk to Terminal 21 Mall, plus plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Italian, Indian, and Argentinian options. You’ll also find massage places, nail art salons, coffee shops, and a 7-Eleven all around the area. The bar area is less than a 10-minute walk away, so everything feels super convenient. The room itself is brand new, clean, cool, and very comfortable, just perfect after a day out. The staff deserve a special mention: Eve, Pang, and Pan provided truly outstanding hospitality. They were so warm and lovely throughout my stay. Highly recommended!Show More

I got a big deep cut. Length about 6cm. Got the cut at 850am. Late night at 9pm (after 12hours) still got blood. Hence it show it is super deep. Thank God don't need stitches. Reception can only say sorry and ask me report up. No compensation or whatever it is. They will only notify the management about it. Oct 27-29 Room 503Show More

The staff that assisted my check in was Honey. She was very friendly, approachable and polite. It was a pleasant experience for us. Eve was the one handling our check out, and she was very friendly too. I had a great time staying here.Show More
